You are an experienced and dynamic retail Assistant Store Manager. You are not short sighted about your career. Opportunity Overview

Successful candidates will:

  • Set an example of exceptional customer service at all times. 
  • Work with your team to achieve store sales, budgets and KPIs
  • Team up with our VM team to maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Lead, coach and develop your team
  • Manage the day to day operation of your store
  • Share your ideas to grow your store

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Excellent leadership potential – you might currently be a shift supervisor or work in a management role within the retail and hospitality industry or have a desire to become a manager.
  • A passion for driving, achieving and exceeding sales and targets. 
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrable experience being a high performer in customer service standards. 
  • Strong leadership skills in a fast paced working environment. 
  • Ability to cultivate a vibrant team culture. 
  • Willingness to accept responsibility.
