The role 

We are looking for an engaged & leading-edge individual to join our Group and lead our fun and fabulous Gaming team at Mounties.

As our full time Gaming Supervisor, you will report directly to Gaming management and be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Gaming floor operation.

With your previous experience within the industry & ability to lead, you will work closely with your team to ensure our overall customer service experience is fulfilled.

This exciting and rare opportunity to join a reputable Gaming team will also have a view to relieve in the Customer Service Manager role which will see you ensuring the Club’s operations & compliance with all relevant governing bodies.

To become the next Gaming Supervisor, you will have the following:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA/RCG, HACCP & Gaming Regulations to ensure the Clubs compliance
  • An ability to lead and supervise the daily operations
  • Understanding of club operations & possess a “hands on” approach
  • Sound background in food, beverage and gaming
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving & decision making skills
  • Superior customer service & immaculate grooming & presentation
  • A good practical knowledge of safe WH&S practices
  • Full availability (days, nights, weekends & public holidays)
  • RSA & RCG certification (current)
  • Current Provide First Aid certification
