Then there is the commute. If you live on Sydney's Northern Beaches, you can often feel that you are being punished for living in such a beautiful place. 90-minute commutes to the city are the norm. That is 3 hours of your day spent on a bus!

The role of Finance Manager supports the CFO and Executive team with the month and year-end consolidated reporting, as well as management and commercial reporting.

Managing a small function, the Finance Manager is there to ensure reporting is accurate, on time and provides insight for the board and executive team.

A lot of the grunt work has been done, thanks to the current incumbent. If you come onboard, you will be inheriting a finance function that is humming. 2 weeks of the month are spent producing month end reporting, the remaining two weeks are available to support the CFO with value-add commercial analysis.

We envisage the role to require 24-30 hours per week, working 4 days per week but there is flexibility. As a senior member of the finance team, you will need to have a physical presence and be accountable for month end and year end deadlines.

The company is based in Frenchs Forest and parking is available. The culture is driven by the friendly and charismatic leadership team, who have accomplished careers in the Tech and Financial Services sectors. The business itself offers a unique product and service offering with exciting new products launching in 2018.
