The Role

Reporting to the Online Sales Support Manager, in this casual role you will be responsible for:

  • Driving online sales through the provision of exceptional customer service
  • Providing administrative support for Beacon Lighting, the Beacon Lighting Trade Club, our eBay store and social media platforms
  • Supporting the appropriate websites and any new websites that are developed by ensuring products are updated online and images and text are displayed correctly
  • Being available on call to support the Websales team, working occasional weekends where required and working additional hours during periods of leave/ absence

About You

With a passion for design and a strong desire to learn all about our products, you will be able to develop your skills so that you can sell products over the phone without having the product in front of you. You will also have proven experience in retail, POS and Microsoft Excel, and you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Always prepared to go the extra mile with customers you have a knack for resolving issues, handling objections and delivering on promises.
