We are looking for a proactive self-starter who enjoys working within a busy team environment. You will possess excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task. To be successful, you will conduct yourself with professionalism and a “can do” attitude. Prior experience in a customer service or sales assistant position with a sales focus and a good understanding of the MS Office suite are essential.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Using a proactive selling approach with incoming enquiries, outbound follow-up calls and other forms of interaction with customers by converting enquiries to orders and maximising the potential value of each transaction
  • Processing and handling customer orders, invoicing and dispatch from all areas of the business effectively
  • Promoting consistent customer service that goes above and beyond, building a culture where customers are proud to be associated with Jeffries
  • General reception and office administration
