About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to support the organisation with initial and ongoing accreditation in its chosen quality management system/s. As an integral part of our Quality, Safety & Risk team you will be responsible for maintenance of controlled documents, including the Quality & Safety Manual and ongoing revisions to satisfy customer needs.  You will assist with the ongoing promotion of the currency, prevalence and adherence to departmental and organisational policies and procedures. You will report to the Quality, Safety & Risk Manager and prepare reports for the Executive Management team on the performance of the quality management system.This is a permanent full time role based at our Melrose Park Head Office.

What we’re looking for:

  • Formal training in relevant quality standards;
  • Experience in working in business improvement, internal audit and reporting functions;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders to promote the Quality Objectives across the business;
  • Sound written communication skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft suite;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse range of clients, employers and staff;
  • Must hold current driver’s license and possess a willingness to undertake intra-state/interstate travel as required;
  • Quality Management experience; and
  • Experience in working in the Human Services Industry (desired).

Remuneration

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. By way of guidance, the base salary will be in the range of $65K to $75K plus superannuation. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
