We currently have a Full Time Payroll / Administrative position available within our Client Services division.

The Role

Being part of the Payroll team, this role will see you utilise your administrative skills by doing the following:

  • Manual calculations of 100+ timesheets on a weekly basis
  • Data entry of all working timesheets
  • Verify timesheets and consult employees about any discrepancies
  • Being a key point of contact for answering payroll queries from employees
  • Generating payroll reports / spreadsheets
  • Assisting the Payroll and HR team with all payroll administrative tasks to ensure the payroll is completed on time
  • Assist with processing new starters, terminations and updating employee details
  • Understanding of Client Service / Construction EBA
  • Performing adhoc duties
  • Administration support
  • Reception relief

Skills & Experience

  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office particularly excel
  • Accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A friendly, can do attitude
  • Ideally a background in the construction industry

If you have been operating in an administrative capacity, have had some exposure to Payroll and would like to build a career in payroll then this is the role for you. Previous exposure to Pronto would be ideal but not essential.
