We run daily cruises from Perth City to Fremantle and the Swan Valley as well as Functions and Private Charters.

Bells Functions our land based functions venue offers Weddings, Private Functions and Corporate Events

These key requirements will be complimented by experience and skills in the following areas:

ESSENTIAL:

  • Food Handling Certificate
  • Recognized Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate 
  • Previous experience (3 TO 5 YEARS MINIMUM) working in Hotels, Restaurants, Clubs, Function Centers 
  • Carrying 3 plates
  • Demonstrated Bar experience 
  • Experience in working in a fast paced team to reach goals 

DESIRABLE:

  • Approved Manager Certificate 
  • Senior first aid 
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Experience in the Tourism Industry 

About the role

This role is a combination of Food and Beverage staff on our vessels as well as in our land based Functions Center.

The Food and Beverage Staff is an integral position in our hospitality operations. They are responsible for all aspects of bar work, tray and table service, wine waiting, table setting, buffet attendance with a strong focus on customer service.

The Food and Beverage Staff is accountable for the responsible service of alcohol, daily financial reports, cleanliness of the bar, Function room or vessels, Food Handling and Customer Service. 

This role requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling and time management.
