Due to In Marketing We Trust’s tremendous growth, we are looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist. You will play a leading role in the design testing and implementation of the reporting elements across digital assets of IMWT’s clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will manage multiple major client accounts and lead our client conversion strategy. Implementing all facets of the CRO roadmap for clients, including; planning, ideation, testing, optimisation, reporting, and forecasting. 

You will be required to report on digital analytics and optimisation and conduct A/B testing to provide strategic recommendations for client sites.
  • Setting up and utilising A/B or MVT tests, using VWO.
  • Performance data analysis and decision making.
  • Create performance and hypothesis testing reports.
  • Conducting heuristic analysis, deep analysis and research using heat maps, user comments and surveys. 
  • Create and execute deliverables that help inform the projects for clients. 
  • Evaluate competitor sites & produce learning to benefit our clients. 
  • You will work alongside the CRO lead and work on projects collaboratively, in order to get them completed efficiently to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Here Is What You Need To Succeed

  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g. SEO, PPC, Social Media, Display)
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Solid understanding of jQuery or JavaScript
  • Knowledge of usability best practice and user behaviour
  • Hands on experience of AB/MVT testing
  • Experience of delivering digital projects, such as; CMS implementation, e-commerce, lead generation etc.
  • Experience of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Test & Target (CRO tools)
  • Proven experience of conversion rate optimisation initiatives with commercial results
  • Have a data-driven and results-focused approach
  • Have an inquisitive mind, always problem solving and looking to make improvements
  • Be a strong team player with the ability to work with other teams to build strong collaborative relationships

Duration

Ongoing, part-time as a contractor, with potential for full-time (contractor).
