We are a rapidly growing and innovative Medical IT managed services company with offices based in NSW, ACT & VIC. As a company we have been enjoying growth every month for the past 24 months and looking to expand the support desk team. We have a great team culture, a team working environment hosted in new offices and complimented with excellent relationships with our clients. We work closely with our staff and invest time in developing them with weekly training & development. Our Senior IT Engineer team continually looks at innovative solutions available for the medical and dental practices; and in turn trains our support staff. We are very passionate in providing high levels of service and delivery for our clients and have a very low client drop off rate. Job tasks and responsibilities
 Most of these skills are essential- 
  • Analyse various computer operating systems, plan and ensure better results and administer all management networking tools.
  • Build, Manage, and design Windows terminal server environments.
  • Design Virtual server environments, have thorough knowledge of virtualisation.
  • Test new systems and ensured their proper functioning.
  • Design, implement and support networks with thin clients and PC's 
  • Manage daily support matters
  • Check each of the systems for their configuration and verify that each of them received access to the network.
  • Maintain and update knowledge on all operating systems and assist employees in installing cloud and local IT networks.
  • Design networks that consistent of Windows and Mac Devices.
  • Installing/Managing/Configuring with Firewall routers modems and switches.
  • Perform troubleshoot and resolve complicated problems in relation to network and operating system
  • Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry.
  • Maintain all monitoring Servers through active participation and ensure better network systems.
  • Coordinate with various departments and establish effective communication with service providers to provide quality service. 
  • Monitor and manage computer operation systems, provide backup and assist in technical retrieval functions.
  • Be extremely organised and communicate with the account managers. 
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation.
  • Document the technical reports, manuals and various specifications to the system.
  • Understanding of Medical Director, Pracsoft, Bluechip, Genie, Shexie, Dental 4 Windows are very advantageous not ideal
  • Experience with working with Microsoft 365 and Exchange online
    Be able to configure and support on cloud server networks
    Conduct onsite and offsite network maintenance's  
Skills and experience ESSENTIAL requirements

Degree Qualification or equivalent 
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Clear communication & be able to articulate professionally with clients.
  • Proficient English
  • Proficient email writing.
  • Customer service orientated.
  • Attention to detail and good follow up skills
  • Multi task and work well under pressure.
  • Be able to juggle multiple tickets and tasks
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Manage incoming daily support matter
  • Polite conduct with all Clients
  • Be extremely organised and communicate with the account managers. (Communication Skills, good English)
  • Report back feedback and update on changes.
  • Punctual  and always on time.
