Sales Administration PositionLeading Drone Company We are an Australian technology company, with a rapidly growing team. The roleLocated in Western Sydney, near Camden, and reporting our Ops Manager, we need a Sales Administration officer who will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of a range of goods used by our company.This will involve working in a fast-paced environment, you will primarily perform a proactive sales function encompassing the promotion and sale of products to acquire new business.  Additionally, and secondary, you will also assist with resolving after-sales enquiries as required to retain existing customers. Your success in the role will be driven by your professional customer focus, communication and selling skills, sales product knowledge, and initiative. Key Responsibilities·        Walk through and manage the end-to-end sales process with customer leads and enquiries in support of sales targets.·        Generate quotes and process customer payments·        Assist with after-sales customer enquiries as required ·        Enter and track sales information into our CRM system in an accurate and timely manner·        Providing a professional high standard of customer service that ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.·        Learn, maintain and develop product knowledge and industry trends.·        Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as required. About youOur ideal candidate will have strong interest in the technology environment or an allied industry.
