Parts Interpreter / Sales Person for Spare Parts
We sell European, Korean, Japanese and American Spare Parts for passenger vehicles and we are located in Ingleburn. (close to Liverpool area)

$$$$ Generous Salary on offer for the right Applicant $$$$ The role will be full-time Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Daily duties will include-
-Answering phones and assisting retail and trade customers with their parts requirements
-Counter Sales
- Listing online adds and Assisting with online store sales
-Taking phone orders and invoicing, taking payments
-Replying to online enquiries
-Dealing with returns and customer refunds
-Meeting and exceeding sets sales targets

To be a successful applicant you must have the following -
*Sales and Negotiating Skills
*Strong computer skills
*FANTASIC phone manner and customer service skills
*Previous experience with car parts interpreting (minimum 1 year)
*Sound knowledge of vehicle makes and models (European, Japanese, Korean and American vehicles)
*Experience with Pinnacle Software is a plus
*Strong organizational skills and problem solving ability
* Excellent time management skills
* Able to work well independently and as part of a team
*Ability to take full responsibility and ownership of your role and workload.  
*A can do attitude
