The Asia Pacific Office a global company located in Norwest Business Park has an exciting position available for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their team. This position offers responsibility, lots of variety, customer contact and career satisfaction. The main focus is to provide excellent service and leadership to the Customer Support Team, assist in the daily operations of sales and provide efficient, consistent customer service support.As a confident communicator with fantastic people skills, you will build rapport with people quickly and enjoy working as part of a team and individually.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Previous leadership or managerial experience.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service experience
  • Capable of working effectively within a team and individually
