We are looking for passionate, driven and experienced pub/bar managers to join our team and take our growing business to the next level. Our leaders need to maintain high standards to deliver the best customer experience.
You will be required to assist manage the Venue covering - Operations, Sports Bar/TAB, Bistro, Wine Bar, Events/Functions. With:
• Opportunity to advance

We are looking for people who can shape and lead a team from the front, continue to develop our staff's knowledge and their own, and who are super organised and efficient in all the operations and running of a large venue.
You must love customer service and have a passion for hospitality.
With great communication skills, you will work with the team to maintain high standards and deliver exceptional customer service. Knowledge of rostering and managing labour is essential and a desire to succeed as a hospitality professional.

You should have previous experience in a role in this industry and have confidence in managing a team.Have an ability to think outside the square.
You should possess strong leadership and communication skills and have the ability to train, manage and motivate.
TAB Manager Accreditation will be required.
Do you have Management experience in: Hospitality Administration & Operations Events and Function coordination. Wine, beer, cocktails and food. TAB/Sports Bar Management.

Our venue operates 7 days per week. A flexible approach to working hours is needed, in particular, being present for functions during evenings and weekends as required. This role is available to Australian residents only. Please note, only successful candidates will be contacted.
