Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Property Accountant will be responsible for working closely with the Property Managers in the accounting and reporting of a portfolio of properties.As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:Month end tasks including accruals, reporting, budgets and reviewCoordinate with the Property Manager around tenant related tasksReview and manage vendor related tasksPrepare annual property budgetsPrepare balance sheet reconciliations for each propertyReview capex registersPrepare trading margin variance reportAssist external auditors as requiredAs the ideal applicant you will possess:A relevant tertiary qualification combine with a CA/CPA certificationDemonstrated experience in a property accounting roleExperience with SAP will be advantageous but not essentialHighly developed interpersonal and communication abilitiesAbout working for Frasers Property Australia:At Frasers Property Australia, we are driven by a belief that ‘experience matters’,.
