We currently have a new opportunity for a Program Consultant, Business Platform to join our Group Technology team. In this role you will provide support to the Business Platform project initiated to provide a springboard for the organisation to achieve its strategic goals and deliver an integrated, industry-leading technology platform which will transform our business technology systems.

Further duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide advice on an enterprise-wide business transformation and change management
  • Assess, analyse and assist in the development of strategies, structures and frameworks which guide the delivery and required change through engaging stakeholders such as Business SMEs, developers, vendors and consultants
  • Develop, support and implement the business strategy across multiple transformation initiatives 
  • Support for the delivery of the Program Business Case including; options assessment, program delivery overview, financials, implementation strategies, resource planning and benefits
  • Responsible for the design and delivery of the Program Blueprint; current landscape review, process efficiency studies, identifying new business capabilities, multi-platform landscape recommendations
  • Contribute to the success of the overall program delivery by ensuring quality outcomes for the below initiatives:
    • Understanding current state processes including issues and opportunities to align siloed business units and provide guidance for standardization across business operations
    • Engaging stakeholders to understand the Program objectives and identifying business requirements
    • Guiding the business to define best practice target state processes
    • Developing Program delivery strategies for the development, configuration, training and testing of the target applications
  • Contribute to data analysis activities across core construction, financial and Group master data sets
  • Providing support and guidance to the business for continued improvement

To be successful in this position you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications ideally relevant to Development/Construction and/or Information Systems and problem solving
  •  3+ years of Management Consulting experience delivering practical business transformation strategies and solutions, including finance related
  • Experience with data modelling, custom objects, permissions, SOQL queries is a plus
  • Ideally have exposure to the Real Estate Industry for development/construction and property management across Residential, Retail, Office and Industrial.
  • Strong attention to detail regarding quality, business analysis, management consulting and change management;
  • Strong analytic background and problem-solving skills;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities and projects efficiently
  • Ability to work to deadlines;
  •  Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, communicate and interact positively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
  • Strong sense of customer service and stakeholder management skills
