The Role

You will be running and maintaining the kitchen to company standards being able to add your own flare and experience. You are expected to have a solid understanding of all COG’s management. It is essential you have outstanding communication with the ability to think on your feet in a fast paced, high volume environment.

  •  2-3 years in a similar role
  • An infectious work attitude towards work, with the skill to train others
  •  A sound understanding of all kitchen financials
  •  Experience in managing a medium sized team beneficial
  • Up to date with current trends and qualifications
  • Firm management style, where junior staff can look to you as a mentor
